Father's Day Weekend - Great time to get your berries!

Saturday morning and can't believe it rained last night, again.

Even though the last few days have been drizzling and at time raining, we managed to pick some great berries for the farmers markets today.

We'll be at the Palo Alto, Healdsburg and Santa Rosa farmers market this morning with blueberries, blackberries, marion blackberries, boysenberries and a few loganberries.

This is the weekend to get marion blackberries and boysenberries.  Both have a short season and make the absolute best berry pies.

Sunday, Father's Day, we'll be at the San Rafael/Marin Civic Center and Sebastopol farmers markets.  Get blueberries to make dad blueberry muffins or pancakes :-)

Weeks almost over- Get your berries tomorrow!

This has been a busy week.  The weather has been good and the berries have loved it!

Marion blackberries and boysenberries are in and the flavors are pretty amazing.

Loganberries are winding down.  Haven't tried them yet this year?  Make a galette with loganberries, blackberries and strawberries and you have a hit on your hands (or should I say mouth).

Blueberries are at roughly the half way point in the season.  The variety has been sweet, crunchy and full of flavor.  Don't miss out before the season ends.

For those of you that want to remember the wonderful flavor of our specialty berries you can freeze them and enjoy year round. Fast freeze by laying out on a cookie sheet, putting them in freezer until solid, pouring into a freezer bag or container.

1st Day back at San Rafael/Marin Civic Center Sunday and Sebastopol Farmers Markets

It's 9am and the day is going strong.  Set up at both the San Rafael and Sebastopol farmers markets with great selection of berries.  Marion blackberries, cherokee blackberries, blueberries, boysenberries, longanberries, black raspberries and orange raspberries.

Santa Rosa Farmers Market today

Loading up the berries for the Santa Rosa farmers market this morning.  Lots of great blackberries, blueberries and loganberries. Loganberries will have a short season this year.  Stock up when you see them.
