Small family owned berry farm located in Northern California's Green Valley in beautiful Sonoma County 9201 Ross Station Road, Sebastopol, California 707.694.2301
Mission
Sebastopol Berry Farm was started in 1986 by Tarcicio and Sabina Vigil who purchased Green Valley Farms. (Green Valley planted the first blueberries in California in 1940.)
We are a small family farm with everyone involved in either selecting varieties, picking berries or selling them at local farmers markets. Since 1986 the farm expanded into other types of berries such as raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.
We are dedicated to growing the most flavorful berries, picking them at their peak and offering them fresh directly to our customers.

The bees and black raspberries - a perfect partnership
The bees are hard at work pollinating the black raspberries. Black raspberries have more antioxidants than blueberries! They are great to eat fresh or in jams. Or if you're feeling super adventurous you can make a black raspberry sorbet. We have been growing black raspberries for about 10 years and we expect them to be in season mid to late June.

I'm so happy I found this blog. My boyfriend and I visited your farm last week when we were touring Northern California. I have to say you have the best berries ever! I wish you shipped overnight to Ohio!! We will definitely be back next time we are in California. -A.S.
