Mission

Sebastopol Berry Farm was started in 1986 by Tarcicio and Sabina Vigil who purchased Green Valley Farms. (Green Valley planted the first blueberries in California in 1940.)

We are a small family farm with everyone involved in either selecting varieties, picking berries or selling them at local farmers markets. Since 1986 the farm expanded into other types of berries such as raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.

We are dedicated to growing the most flavorful berries, picking them at their peak and offering them fresh directly to our customers.

4th of July Week

Can't believe 4th of July is already here. Where has the year gone?

For those who want to make a patriotic dessert on Friday, get our blueberries, raspberries and some whipped cream and bake a flag cake.  Lots of great recipes can be found online.

In addition to the blueberries and red raspberries,  we'll have marion blackberries, and a few of the following - black raspberries, boysenberries, loganberries, golden raspberries, orange raspberries.

We'll be at the following farmers markets:
Tues-Napa
Wed-Santa Rosa Wells Fargo
Thurs- San Rafael (at the mall while the fair is going on)
Fri- St Helena ( 4th of July celebration will be at Crane park too)
Sat-Santa Rosa Wells Fargo, Healdsburg, Palo Alto
Sun - San Rafael (at the mall due to the fair), Sebastopol and Menlo Park

Happy 4th of July!
