Mission

Sebastopol Berry Farm was started in 1986 by Tarcicio and Sabina Vigil who purchased Green Valley Farms. (Green Valley planted the first blueberries in California in 1940.)

We are a small family farm with everyone involved in either selecting varieties, picking berries or selling them at local farmers markets. Since 1986 the farm expanded into other types of berries such as raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.

We are dedicated to growing the most flavorful berries, picking them at their peak and offering them fresh directly to our customers.

Sunday at the Farmers Markets in Marin and Sebastopol

So busy the last few days picking, getting ready for the farmers markets and selling this is the first break to post.

Today we'll be at the Marin and Sebastopol farmers markets with more great berries:
Blueberry - small variety is super tasty and high in antioxidants
Boysenberry - can you say yum! burst with flavor
Blackberry - sweet and juicy
Loganberry - cross between blackberry & raspberry with flavors of both
Red Raspberry - great flavor
Black Raspberry - what a treat!  not too many so get to the market early
Strawberry - sweet and flavorful
