Mission

Sebastopol Berry Farm was started in 1986 by Tarcicio and Sabina Vigil who purchased Green Valley Farms. (Green Valley planted the first blueberries in California in 1940.)

We are a small family farm with everyone involved in either selecting varieties, picking berries or selling them at local farmers markets. Since 1986 the farm expanded into other types of berries such as raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.

We are dedicated to growing the most flavorful berries, picking them at their peak and offering them fresh directly to our customers.

Berry Update #3

The season for blueberries is at the peak this week. If you are interested in buying to freeze, make jams or preserve, this is the week to buy them in quantity.

Boysenberries - this weekend will be the last with any quantities at the markets

Marion blackberries - are sweet and flavorful this week. About another week or two left in their season

Cherokee blackberries - are hitting their peak this week. They are sweet and juicy

Blueberry ice cream available only at the farm stand

Farm stand open between 11 am - 3 pm this weekend. If you are looking for a particular berry, its best to call in advance to make sure we've picked it for the day and have it set aside for you.

At the farmers markets this weekend ....

Sat - Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Davis and Palo Alto
Sun - Sebastopol, Windsor, Menlo Park
