This week continued to be cold but the blackberries did really good!
Blueberries - limited supply at the farmers markets as we wind down the season.
Triple Crown blackberries - these berries live up to their name. They are really large and have great flavor
Chester blackberries - almost as large as the triple crown, the chester blackberry is also flavorful and sweet this week.
Cherokee blackberries - back with the second crop of the season these berries might be larger than the triple crowns this week. Amazing size and flavor!
Raspberries - very few available this weekend.
Blueberry and Black raspberry cheesecake ice cream at the farm stand. Open from 11am - 3 pm
Small family owned berry farm located in Northern California's Green Valley in beautiful Sonoma County 9201 Ross Station Road, Sebastopol, California 707.694.2301
Mission
Sebastopol Berry Farm was started in 1986 by Tarcicio and Sabina Vigil who purchased Green Valley Farms. (Green Valley planted the first blueberries in California in 1940.)
We are a small family farm with everyone involved in either selecting varieties, picking berries or selling them at local farmers markets. Since 1986 the farm expanded into other types of berries such as raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.
We are dedicated to growing the most flavorful berries, picking them at their peak and offering them fresh directly to our customers.
